Team Nova Meets: Every Tuesday at 6:30pm and Friday at 6:30pm

Team Dynamite Meets: Every Wednesday at 6:30pm and Saturday at 10am

Team Bulletproof Meets: Every Thursday at 6pm and Saturday at 12pm

Read over the schedule VERY carefully! Be sure to check back here if you ever forget the muscles groups were working or whether there is a theme or not. Print out the schedule and put it in a visible spot so you will always be prepared! Now that the schedule is posted, I expect you to be personally responsible for knowing what we are working :). This tells you everything you need to know!

 

August 18th (Saturday) – Day 1! Measurement day! 
August 19th (Sunday) @ 12:30pm – Orientation!
August 21st (Tues. @@6:30pm), 22nd (Weds. @ 6:30pm), and 23rd (Thurs. @6pm) – Fit tests!
August 24th (Friday) – 1st Boot Camp… Legs! Introduction to team song as well 🙂

August 28th (Tuesday) – Upper body… Introduction to the “Scream Circle.” Get ready for partner push-ups!

August 31st (Friday) – Core… Special demo on the importance of the Plank exercise as well as details on the 1st ever “Hanky-Planky Challenge” SHIRTS GIVEN OUT TODAY!

September 7th – 16th – GONE! I have the honor of being the best man at Tye & Bobbi Rivera’s wedding renewal in Maui and then I’m setting sail to the Anytime Fitness Conference in Chicago to represent the Rebellion and have the humbling honor of being presented as the success story of the year. Special instructions involving an already devised workout program involving the tools you’ve been given the first 3 weeks and a special “buddy system” will be announced in the near future!
September 18th (Tuesday) – TOTAL BODY FIT TEST WORKOUT! Fit test exercises with a deliciously torturous twist done in a circuit format… AhhhhOOOOOO!!!!
September 19th (Wednesday) – TOTAL BODY FIT TEST WORKOUT! Fit test exercises with a deliciously torturous twist done in a circuit format… AhhhhOOOOOO!!!!

September 21st – 24th – GONE! Last “break up” of the challenge! I have the “pleasure” and definite honor of running Tough Mudder 2 days in a row with a total of 50-60 people. Tough Mudder has become a sick addiction that signifies a right of “next level passage.” Many fellow Rebels will be running under TEAM HULK in Tahoe, so keep us in your thoughts as we rock that mountain!

September 29th (Saturday) – Tribal boot camp! Time: 1pm (meet at the gym) Cost: FREE! Everyone on all teams including friends and family of fellow rebels are invited to an outdoor boot camp fiesta! To make up for there being no boot camp on measurement day, this is a little extra “umph” from yours truly to help those who don’t want to slow their roll 🙂

The windows will be blacked out, the door will be shut, and each team will be sworn to secrecy so as not to ruin the guest surprise for the other teams. Prepare for hype unlike the Rebellion has ever seen!!!

November 4th (Sunday) – LAST CHANCE TRIBAL WORKOUT! Time: 1pm (meet at the gym) Cost: FREE! All teams as well as friends and family of Rebels are invited for one last final HOORAH in the park as we send off this challenge the best way we know how… With sweat, screams, and smiles!
November 5th (Monday) – Train the trainer! Time: 6pm (meet at the gym!) GUY FAWKES DAY!Now is your chance to come bestow some torture on ME! Make me do whatever you see fit, as long as it’s physically possible (best judgement please haha) and exercise related (for you sickos out there). Everyone that shows up not only gets to have me do an exercise, but enjoy in the fun times and assured laughs “Train the trainer” always happens to have.
November 6th (Tuesday) – Team Nova Final Measurements! *
November 7th (Wednesday) – Team Dynamite Final Fit Test! *
November 8th (Thursday) – Team Bulletproof Final Fit Test! *
November 9th (Friday) – Team Nova Final Fit Test! *
November 10th (Saturday) – Team Dynamite and Team Bulletproof Final Measurements! BOTH teams arrive at 10am! *
November 17th (Saturday) – PARTY! Tentative date, but if not THIS day then be sure it will be changed but go ahead and wrap your brain piece as this being the date of the WRAP PARTY!

* Final measurement day! There will be NO MAKE UP DAY offered in exchange for final make up day. Not because I’m a scrooge, but because the moment the last measurement is filed, the work for everyone’s before and after certificates starts immediately. I’m talking within the hour of the last measurement taken. So make this day EXTRA PRIORITY!
