Rockers meet Mondays & Wednesdays. Rollers meet Tuesdays & Thursdays

Weigh-ins will be every Wednesday/Thursday AFTER boot camp (if you choose the option)!

Days marked with a “THEME” will host a best dressed contest! Winner receives a custom “Best Dressed Rebel” shirt tailor made to the winning individual and the theme in which they won. To be voted on by YOU!

  • Feb. 8th/9th (Mon/Tues) @ 6pm/7pm – Measurements at 6pm (optional) & Fit Tests at 7pm (mandatory)
  • Feb. 10th/11th (Wed/Thurs) @ 6pm – 1st Workout… LEGS
  • Feb. 13th (Sat) @ 11am – Rebel Resistance How to properly work your BACK
  • Feb. 15th/16th (Mon/Tues) @ 7pm – CORE
  • Feb. 17th/18th (Wed/Thurs) @ 6pm – UPPER BODY
  • Feb. 22nd/23rd (Mon/Tues) @ 7pm – H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training)
  • Feb. 24th/25th (Wed/Thurs) @ 6pm – LEGS
  • Feb. 27th (Sat) @ 11am – Rebel Resistance How to properly work your CHEST
  • Feb. 29th/Mar. 1st (Mon/Tues) @ 7pm – CORE [Leap Year Workout!!!]
  • Mar. 2nd/3rd (Wed/Thurs) @ 6pm – BALANCE
  • Mar. 7th/8th (Mon/Tues) @ 7pm – UPPER BODY
  • Mar. 9th/10th (Wed/Thurs) @ 6pm – H.I.I.T. (emphasis on legs)
  • Mar. 12th (Sat) @ 11am – Rebel Resistance How to properly work your LEGS
  • Mar. 14th/15th (Mon/Tues) @ 6pm/7pm – Measurements at 6pm (optional) & CORE at 7pm
  • Mar. 16th/17th (Wed/Thurs) @ 6pm – THEME & LEGS! Theme: St. Patrick’s Day. WEAR ALL GREEN!
  • Mar. 20th (Sun) @ 11am – GROUP REBEL WORKOUT! EVERYONE WELCOME! Location: Harvest Park (2379 Cedar Rock Ln, Santa Rosa, 95404). BRING ANYBODY AND EVERYBODY!!!
  • Mar. 21st/22nd @ 7pm – THEME & UPPER BODY! Theme: Black Light 80’s. WEAR WHITE/FLUORESCENT 80’s GEAR!
  • Mar. 23rd/24th @ 6pm – CORE
  • Mar. 26th (Sat) @ 11am – Rebel Resistance How to properly work your CORE
  • Mar. 28th/29th (Mon/Tues) @ 7pm – THEME & LEGS! Theme: DIY Rebel Wear. MAKE YOUR OWN REBEL WORKOUT GEAR!
  • Mar. 30th/31st (Wed/Thurs) @ 6pm – H.I.I.T. (and VOTE for next week’s theme!)
  • Apr. 4th/5th (Mon/Tues) @ 7pm – THEME & UPPER BODY! Theme: Whatever was voted on!
  • Apr. 6th/7th (Wed/Thurs) @ 6pm – BALANCE
  • Apr. 9th (Sat) @ 11am – Rebel Resistance How to properly work your SHOULDERS
  • Apr. 11th/12th (Mon/Tues) @ 6pm/7pm – Measurements at 6pm (optional) & Fit Tests at 7pm (mandatory)
  • April 13th/14th (Wed/Thurs) – THEME & last workout… LEGS! Theme: Favorite Rebel Shirt. WEAR YOUR FAVORITE REBEL SHIRT (no best dressed)
  • April 23rd (Sat) – REBEL AWARDS CEREMONY! Time & Location TBD
